A current certificate of vaccination against feline enteritis and cat ‘flu’ is required to be shown before any cat is admitted at Pennybeck and left with us for the duration of your pets stay. Vaccinations should be completed before the first date of boarding. Please remember to bring the vaccination certificate for each and every booking.

Please let us know if your cat has received any recent veterinary treatment. We have a good relationship with our local vets and should your cat show signs of illness or suspected illness a veterinary surgeon will be consulted.

We do not accept un neutered adult male cats.

Only cats from the same household may share accommodation and please ensure that your cat is given effective flea and worm treatment. In the interests of our other guests we will not accept any cats that have fleas. If your cat is to be boarded for more than 30 days then it is essential that further treatment is supplied otherwise it may be necessary for us to provide this care but at the owners expense. In our experience flea treatment obtained from your vet works best. A comfortable bed will be provided but it is a good idea to provide something from home such as a blanket, towel or even an item of clothing as this will help them to settle in.
